Below is a timeline of how websites work at PF
STRATEGY AND PROJECT KICK OFF
Two meetings with your Marketing Strategist to understand your goals, plan the new structure for your website.
MOCKUP DESIGN
You will receive the first drafts of your new website and submit your thoughts and revisions within a week
PROTOTYPES SIGN OFF
After working on those revisions, you’ll be sent the final versions of your website pages prototype, and you will have 1 week to sign off.
WEBSITE BUILD
Our development team will start building your website, and it will be built within 1 month.
WEBSITE SIGN OFF
You will receive a temporary URL for your new staging website so you can review the pages and forms (it won’t be ready to share yet). You will have 1 week to sign off.
LAUNCH DAY!
You and your Marketing Strategist will agree on a day to launch your website, and that’s when it will be ready to share with your clients and prospects. This is also when your hosting fees kick in.
POST-LAUNCH CALL
Your final call with your Marketing Strategist to close out your project and hear how it went for you and discuss how we can help you going forward.
WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
Your first month of website maintenance is included and thereafter, you can sign up for continued support.
